Rawai's central location is quiet, and the villa has a pleasant design. Still, the complex is aging and clearly needs maintenance. The garden is in very poor shape, and the shared access path is also in poor condition. With only two hours of housekeeping each week, it's not possible for the housekeeper to do everything.
