Our group had a lovely time at Ya Nui Beach Villas. The villas were modern, roomy, and very clean, and the host was kind and helpful. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by, making it a great place for groups.

We stayed here in 2025 and had water issues at the villa, which was really upsetting. The villa also wasn’t clean enough. We’ve stayed at cheaper hotels elsewhere in Thailand that were much better. The staff were all super nice and friendly, though.

The villas were really beautiful, and the host was easy to reach and helpful. Everything was clean and well kept, in a nice location with lots of beaches and things to do nearby. I especially recommend nai harn beach. No complaints from me, and I’d come back.

The villa felt like having a home of our own, with the luxury of a hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, and they were cleaned daily. We ordered breakfast from a nearby restaurant, and the host recommended some fantastic day trips and even arranged a one day sailing trip for us. Renting a small car on site was a bonus for our little family. Service was excellent from check-in to check-out. Thanks to the staff for making this one of the best holidays we’ve ever had.

Breakfast was easy to sort out, thanks to a fantastic restaurant right next to Ya Nui Beach Villa. The staff were polite and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We did have minor issues with the water supply, but the stay was fantastic overall. I’d recommend the villa for an enjoyable, memorable vacation in Phuket.
