The staff were kind and helpful, and check-in through check-out all went smoothly. My room was quiet and comfortable. There was also an adorable chubby cat at the hotel that made the stay even better. Great place to stay.

I booked four days here a month ahead for a family special occasion and contacted management before and during my arrival to confirm the reservation. But the online pictures didn’t show how dirty it was. The floor and furniture were damaged and dirty, there were mosquitoes and other pests in the room, and it smelled of water damage and mold. They had an open air freshener out to help with the smell. I had to check myself in and find my way around in barely any light, since there’s no front desk in the evenings. I contacted the manager or owner within 20 minutes, but felt they weren’t helping me at all, so I got in touch with Expedia. The front desk lady said they were fully booked with no other rooms available. After going back and forth for an hour, I left because there was no way I could stay in that room. They still charged me for one night even though I told them I wasn’t staying.

At checkout, the receptionist called 'Fa' accused us of breaking the coffee table glass and yelled at us while insisting we pay. We hadn’t broken anything, but ended up paying 3000 THB just to settle things and avoid more arguments. We hadn’t reported the cracked glass because the room already had a broken sink and towel rack. Be extra careful here. When you arrive, have reception walk through the room with you, take a full video and clear photos, and check it again after each housekeeping visit so there’s no disagreement later.

The room was dirty and had bed bugs. It was also run down, with a leaking sink, dusty tables and rooms, and a broken towel hanger. At checkout, she insisted we pay 3000 baht for the cracked coffee table glass, though it was already broken when we got there. We didn’t mention it because of the overall condition. Be careful when you stay. Check the room with the receptionist as a witness when you arrive, or you may be asked to pay for damage you didn’t cause. Careful falling for scams here.
