Golden House Service Apartment

I usually don't post bad reviews, and this is the only one star rating on my account. The rest are five stars, but I think future guests should know what happened before booking. The listing photos showed a modern Deluxe Double Room, 40 square meters, with a bathtub and city view. The room we got had no tub, felt nowhere near that size, and looked onto a few sad bushes instead of the city. I included photos comparing the listing with the room we received. The floor also felt like an old, dim section of the hotel, almost like a low budget horror movie set. There was a musty smell, and the walls were thin enough that karaoke down the hall was clear. The next morning, construction drilling woke us up. When we asked at reception, staff explained that there are three wings, A, B, and C, with different room standards. The front desk staff were polite and tried to help, so I don't blame them. The problem is that the listing never mentions the different wings, and the photos were clearly of a better room than the one we were given. Staff confirmed the mismatch, then offered to move us to the pictured room for extra money. They offered either paying extra now and maybe getting a refund in 45 business days, or taking a small coupon after the stay. Neither option addresses the misleading listing. I'm not picky and don't expect luxury. I just want the room to match what I booked. If the wings have different standards, they should be listed separately so guests aren't left confused.
