Holiday Inn & Suites Rayong City Centre by IHG

I’m still staying here on a business trip, and the experience has been excellent from the beginning. Thanks to all the staff for their dedication and professionalism. A special thank you to [ JUBJIB ] for her constant support and cooperation. She’s attentive, warm, and professional, and helps make the place welcoming for visitors. Her effort to keep guests happy adds a lot to the experience and leaves a great impression. Honestly, she goes above and beyond and deserves recognition 😉🎉

The rooftop was a highlight for us. Happy hour had 2 for 1 drinks, the view was hard to beat, and the music was smooth without being too loud. We ordered far too much food with our cocktails, but the Margarita pizza was the best. I’d return to Holiday Inn Rayong just for that rooftop. The hotel is so tall that you can spot it from almost anywhere, which makes it hard to get lost. Check-in went smoothly, and reception explained everything clearly. Our room was spacious and clean. The bathroom layout was unusual because of space constraints, but it was spotless. At first, I thought the amenities kit was lacking, with only a shower cap, sanitary bag, and vanity kit, until I noticed a sign saying other items are available on request. That makes sense, since it stops people grabbing things they don’t need, like Homer Simpson. The room Wi-Fi was very good, a solid 100 mbps. Breakfast had a large area and plenty for different tastes: Indian and Japanese corners, salad and waffle bars, a bakery section, and made-to-order noodle soup, alongside the usual eggs, bacon, and more. No chance of going hungry. It’s a great base for exploring nearby areas. There was also plenty of multi-level parking for our hire car.

Dew, the bartender, remembered my name and had my cocktail ready each evening. The staff were friendly and professional, and the hotel was clean and felt safe. The fitness room and pool were top notch. I’d absolutely stay again for work or a holiday.

Holiday Inn’s rooms and facilities are reliably good, but the service and communication are what make it stand out. The staff seem well trained. When we finished breakfast at The Brasserie, Ms. Dew gave us a warm smile, chatted with us, and helped us to the elevator as we left. A lovely bit of positivity to start the day!
