I eventually found the place on my own, but getting there and checking in was a mess. When I called for directions, staff asked for my booking number and couldn't locate it. They said they'd contact the hotel and call me back, but never did. The room looked nothing like its photos, and the property felt like a run-down hostel inside and out. I don't understand how Agoda chooses places like this. After this experience, I'm done booking hotels through Agoda. The service is substandard. 👎👎👎👎👎
