Plaai Plus Hotel Rayong

We've stayed here several times and will return. It's very clean, and the location is handy for 7-11, massage, restaurants, the shopping mall, and currency exchange. The pool is clean too, though there aren't many lounge chairs. Thank you!

The receptionist was kind, spoke excellent English, and handled check-in professionally. We also liked the location beside the main road and near the night market. We couldn't hear the road at all, either because there was little traffic at night or because the hotel's sound insulation is excellent. Have dinner at the market, and skip breakfast here. There are cute cafés nearby for coffee. The reason I gave four stars was the breakfast room maids' manner. They asked everyone arriving for a room number to check whether breakfast had been paid for, and it came across as almost impolite.

Mister Act at reception is super friendly, well prepared, and always has a great smile. I've stayed here about ten times now, and whenever I visit Rayong, I'm sure I'll stay here again.

The reception staff were wonderful, and I'm grateful for how seriously they took my feedback. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable, and the bathrooms and showers are new and great. They're not soundproof, and one morning the cleaning staff woke me very early. The hotel compensated me generously and spoke with the cleaning staff, and I noticed an immediate change. Their hospitality and the way they worked to improve things were amazing. A thousand thanks to the lovely reception team! One suggestion for the pool: a bamboo fence would give it more privacy.
