The beach is a quiet 400 m walk away, with good restaurants, a 7/11 and scooter rental nearby. Grab and Bolt rides were easy to get, usually after a 5 to 10 minute wait. The staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke good English. I liked the comfortable indoor and outdoor lobby lounge, too. My big room was 800B, with glass doors opening to a mountain view. It was clean and well kept, with hot water, a soft bed and cool air conditioning. A good place to relax away from the crowds, and I'd stay again.

A big, clean hotel, and the lobby sells beer, fizzy drinks and basic essentials. There's a small free breakfast at 07:30. The cheapest room costs THB 450 and comes with air conditioning, a veranda, TV, fridge and double bed.

At 450 Baht a night, I think it's good for the price. If that's not enough, there are plenty of 5 star places nearby charging 1300 - 4500 Baht. What are people expecting for 450?

This was our fourth visit, and the staff are still friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included, the prices are competitive, and the beach is just a couple of minutes away on foot. The rooms are clean and functional, though they could use updating. I'd come back again.

The room was large, air-conditioned and clean, and breakfast was good for the price. The sea is close by. I missed having a fan, since I don't like air conditioning, and there was no mosquito net on the window. That may just be an issue for me.
