The Premium Residence

The calm surroundings and wide room were nice, and breakfast was acceptable, though not very good. Still, I'd rather stay somewhere else next time. There was a gap under the closed door that let light in, and the air conditioner's temperature couldn't be adjusted. The rental bicycles had uninflated tires. Some of the staff... There were ants in the bed, and they charged an unreasonable fee for slightly washable stains. Maybe they don't change the sheets every time a guest leaves, which is why they charged me for cleaning. That's fine, but this will be my first and last time here.

Parking is right outside, and the place is clean, with good beds and a convenient bathroom. The signs and notices are all in Thai, including the big orange name sign outside, which has no Roman script. There's no elevator, so carrying heavy suitcases upstairs is a hassle.

It's a clean, friendly hotel, and a simple breakfast is included. You can pay 50 bath for a small cooked breakfast. My main issue was the noise: the walls and doors are thin, and there was more of it than I liked, late at night and early in the morning.

The rooms were fresh and clean, and the housekeeper kept them maintained, but we found a bug and lots of ants. At 11 p.m., two reception staff came to our room because we were noisy and threatened to call the police. Reception called again after 11 p.m. to ask for payment. Couldn't they have waited until morning or daytime?
