The property layout made getting around a chore. Reception and the restaurant were half a kilometre from our rooms, and the shuttles between buildings were unreliable, mostly missing. We walked back and forth a lot. If you have mobility issues, don’t stay here. The shuttles stopped by 7pm or earlier. Some staff were unbelievably rude and seemed to leave us behind on purpose. We had to holler to get them to stop; they glared at us and gave us a ride reluctantly and unhappily. We stayed three nights at the end of our holiday before flying home, and it was a huge disappointment. The so-called garden view looked onto a garbage dump, there was no balcony furniture, and the kitchenette had no cutlery, plate, pot, or pan. The furniture was poor quality, and the bed was as hard as a rock. We woke up feeling crippled every morning. Wyndham’s own official website advertised a free airport shuttle, but it didn’t exist. They charged 400 Baht for an airport transfer. After an incredible three week trip, this was an upsetting last impression. Don’t stay here, find somewhere else.

The pool was decent, but there was no poolside bar, and we weren’t even allowed soft drinks by the pool. There were no phones in the room either, so we had to drag our own cases a mile to reception. They also said they couldn’t order taxis after a certain time. Shocking. As for the delightful breakfast, I honestly thought I was in a Thai prison. The stay was so bad I’m considering gifting my ex wife a week here. My family did make it through, so I suppose I should be thankful 👍🏻. Good luck to anyone staying at what should be a 2* place at best.

It was quiet and peaceful, with calming sounds at night that made it easy to sleep. The place was tidy and scenic, and close to lots of convenient food spots. Staff were friendly, accommodating, and really helpful, and the cleaners were lovely and efficient. Breakfast was incredible too. A 11/10 stay, really loved it and will definitely come back.

The airport is close, but that was the only real upside. For the price, the room was unclean and felt more like a budget motel than a Wyndham hotel. The value was very poor, and the stay fell far short of what I expect from a global hotel chain. Service was extremely disappointing. Front desk staff were unfriendly, didn’t apologize, and it was very difficult to communicate in English. Our airport pickup had been booked in advance, but no car was waiting when we arrived. The driver couldn’t communicate in English, and the hotel did nothing to properly make up for the failure. I strongly recommend avoiding their airport pickup service. For that price, I’d choose a cheaper local motel instead.

The hotel is also an apartment building with lots of tenants, and there were many noisy Russians, be advised. The rooms felt outdated and a bit run down, not what I expected for the price. The front desk and restaurant are a ten minute walk from the main buildings, with no shade. When we arrived at the desk, nobody spoke English. They don’t have an airport shuttle anymore, so there’s really no point booking this hotel if you need to be near the airport. I wish someone had warned me.
