Lovely place and nice staff. The one letdown was breakfast: all the food was completely cold, and the coffee was only half warm.

The price feels too high for what you get. Breakfast quality was poor, and the old air conditioner blew warm air before switching itself off.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, greeting me as soon as I got out of the car. It's a very peaceful spot with river and greenery views, and there weren't many guests. There's a cheap spa too. Breakfast is made to order, but the choices are limited to American, Asian, or local food. It's remote, with only a small convenience store about 1km away. My room was big and had marble tiles, an LED TV that wasn't smart, and bedside controls for the lights. It was clean but worn in places, with scratched furniture and mold in the tub. The Wi-Fi was terrible and only worked near the door. The hotel is locally owned and has a 90s retro feel. A good place to get away from the city and relax.

The setting is spacious, green, and peaceful, right by the river, with a separate dining area and spa. Reception staff on both shifts were lovely and helpful. We had several problems with the room and maintenance. In the cold weather, the hot shower wasn't working. Reception kindly offered us the spa building for showers, but maintenance said the whole building's hot water was broken, so we put up with it for a night. Our keycard failed twice, and the same maintenance person left without telling us whether it had been fixed. We wondered if there was only one person looking after the whole building, and ended up changing rooms at night. Both rooms had very slow toilet drainage, and two lights in the room didn't work. The quiet didn't last at night either, because a staff party with live music went on late. You may want to call ahead and check these things.
