I went to ask about room availability with a Thai friend. The staff member told her in Thai that she didn’t want foreigners there. It sounds like the same person other people have complained about.

I was already disappointed by the way I was treated when I went to ask about renting a room. The staff spoke rudely and came across as unwelcoming. When I asked about the deposit, they got irritated, as though I was asking to stay for free. If this is how management handles the first interaction, I wouldn’t feel comfortable staying here long term. Anyone considering it should be ready for poor service.

I asked to visit the dorm on the morning of April 27, 2026. The admin’s chat replies weren’t very pleasant, and in person the staff were rude and unwilling to answer questions or help. I felt I was being polite, but got a blank look and language that didn’t seem appropriate for a service job. The dorm itself is very nice, but it’s not ideal if the owner is so unwelcoming. I hope they improve this and treat future tenants and customers with more consideration. The real experience is very different from the image on Facebook. I kindly ask the actual dorm owner to read this and make improvements.

Someone else who was renting contacted me about the apartment details and said the replies were curt and unfriendly. They said the actual experience was much worse than they expected. From the earlier comments about the building management’s service, it seems likely I encountered the same person. If they don’t enjoy serving people, maybe they should find work that suits them better.
