The friendly service and quick maintenance stood out. Someone arrived within 15 minutes to fix an appliance, and I liked that the power stays on without needing a room card in a slot. The hotel also runs an hourly shuttle to the BTS and other places, though it stops at 4 pm. It’s a great hotel if you’re fine with a 15-minute walk to the BTS. A few small fixes could make the stay almost flawless: there was no hand soap, the shower had no curtain despite having a bar for one, and the water pressure could be stronger.

There’s a small traditional market nearby with reasonably priced food, along with a convenience store. The gym has enough room, and the staff are friendly. Aside from that, it’s an acceptable hotel, but there’s almost always a urine smell. Sometimes it gets strong enough to wake me up.

The October deal included a free 30-minute onsen session, which was fantastic. The private onsen was so relaxing, definitely worth trying. Check-in was really crowded today, but the staff still gave excellent service. The standard room is compact, though it’s just the right size and great value for money. P.S. I chose this place for the quiet location, and the rooms were older but clean and nice. The lobby staff were pleasant, and the small gym was fine. Still, at 900 baht you can find better equipped rooms in Bangkok, closer to the BTS. What made me leave and decide not to return was the noise from the cleaning staff at 8:00 a.m. They open the doors of rooms after early checkouts and talk loudly, with all of it carrying into my room through a 3 cm gap under the door. Guests pay for a decent night’s sleep, or at least some peace until the 12:00 checkout. The hotel needs to get its staff to be more aware of that.
