I went there to unwind and it was a lovely place for that. The pool was clean, the staff were wonderful, and the jacuzzi was a nice bonus. It can be a little tricky to find, but it's a great place to stay.

The room wasn't as clean as I expected, the service felt careless, and breakfast was so poor it wasn't ready on time. The canal looked neglected too, and the place was nowhere near as beautiful as the promotional photos suggested. I really don't think the stay was worth the money.

The river view was the best part. It made for a peaceful moment, and the room itself was comfortable.

There's plenty of parking, which was a plus. But the WiFi was unreliable, the facilities felt old and worn, and the breakfast and amenities were basic, with instant coffee and low quality toiletries. For the price, the place needs major upgrades. I wouldn't stay again.

The food was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. But if you're after a good night's sleep, avoid the double room unit. I was in a downstairs room and could hear the person above dragging chairs and stamping around. The floors and ceiling are wood, so it was really annoying, and I imagine it gets noisy at night. We ended up moving to another resort. The single houses might be quieter, but they were fully booked.
