The value feels low for the price. Rent is 3,700 baht a month, with a 5,000 baht deposit. Electricity costs 8 baht per kilowatt-hour, and renting the room's furniture is another 100 baht monthly, plus 50 baht for Wi-Fi. There's also a 300 baht cleaning charge when you move out.
The rooms are roomy and the building and atmosphere are nice. It's an apartment with both daily and monthly rentals, but there's no soundproofing at all, so every noise carries clearly. If quiet matters to you, this may not suit you, though the rooms themselves are good.
Good price, and the room was clean.
