We had such a lovely time in Chiang Mai. The owner and landlord are warm, down-to-earth people, and our clean, well-kept room added to the experience. It's a peaceful place, but still not too far from the centre. 100% recommend.

We finally made it back from late 2022 to early 2023, after Covid delayed our return. My husband and I had stayed in the Bungalows five years earlier, and Pepe, her family, and staff had been so kind and welcoming that the place stayed with us. This time we brought our daughter and a young friend to share a little of the world as we know it. Pepe cared for us as if we were her own, and we all loved our time at Golden Cupids. She knows the great places around Changmai and how to get you there, making it easy to enjoy everything the area is known for. It's a wonderful place to stay and refresh after a day out. After some accommodation trouble, I stumbled across golden Cupid by chance. Pepe and her daughter put together a graduation dinner party for my girlfriend Kwan and her family at very short notice. The food, atmosphere, and generous family feeling were incredible. Thank you so much for having us, highly recommend!

The hotel is tucked away, but I found it easily by following Google maps. I spent six nights in a bungalow, and the lovely grounds and helpful, friendly staff made it a great stay. We were lucky to meet the owner, who welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home. Breakfast was very good, and the setting was lovely. I'd thoroughly recommend it. Brendan Murtagh from England
