It was peaceful and quiet, with shady trees around the place, and the room was clean and pleasant for the affordable price. It’s close to the highway, though parking is limited. All communication was through LINE, and there wasn’t anyone at the front desk.

The exposed concrete gives the rooms a nice look, and the towels smell fresh. Being right by the main road is convenient, though a few staff members were a bit hard to track down.

Getting around 16 km to the city center by scooter was manageable, and we were glad to find a room at short notice during the Lantern Festival. We hadn’t expected much, but the place was extremely clean and had a lovely room fragrance. The staff were friendly, especially one woman I think was in charge of cleaning, who greeted us so warmly each time. Even with rooms in high demand, the price was very good.

The owner was kind, and the rate was 600 baht a night. The rooms were exceptionally clean and smelled lovely. It’s right by the super highway, and there’s parking in front, though the space is a bit tight. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone heading to Chiang Mai.
