After travelling all day from hua hin, I got there tired and hungry as it was getting dark. A lady at the gate grunted something, pointed toward a cabin and walked away. I never saw her again. No one said where to find food, or milk and sugar to make coffee. A kind woman on the street told me there was a 711 a kilometre away, but there's no transport there, so I went to bed hungry. I left first thing in the morning, walked 3klm to civilization and wrote off the three days I'd paid for. Worst experience of all my travels.

Such peaceful accommodation! My spotless room looks over the beautiful pool and lovely gardens. The owners and staff are lovely people, and they offered to arrange transportation if I needed it. 10/10.

Bang Sare is a quaint town with fantastic restaurants and easy access to the local beaches, and this part of southern thailand is away from Pattaya's hustle and bustle. My wife and I came to the resort for a special vacation marking our 20th wedding anniversary. The property was quietly serene, the units were laid out nicely, and the pool was fabulous. Our gracious hosts looked after all our needs and made the trip memorable. We look forward to visiting again.
