The hotel is older now, but still a good deal, and the location is close to everything. I swam in the nice pool most days. The facilities are good, the rooms are decent and medium-sized, and the TV is okay. There’s also a balcony with a good view of the sea in the distance. The bathroom and shower are decent, though the bed feels a little uncomfortable with age. For the price, you can’t go wrong.

My room had a fridge that hadn’t been cleaned properly, a stained bedsheet, no toilet paper, and a noticeable water leak that made noise. The Wi-Fi was terrible, and the pool didn’t look clean. It was one of the worst places I’ve stayed. At checkout, they asked me for a five-star review, which surprised me given the cleanliness and maintenance problems. That request felt disingenuous.

I spent one night in this very dirty place and woke up with bed bug bites all over my back. The internet was painfully slow, even Google Maps took five seconds to load. A bad place to stay.

It’s a decent, quiet hotel on a peaceful street, well away from Pattaya’s busy center and conveniences. Without a car, getting around isn’t convenient. I think they mostly host tour groups from China.
