Cyclists should find this place really convenient, right along the sukumvit road. It’s very clean and spacious, and the aircon works well. There are lots of ants, though, so I hope management can do something about that. Everything else was great. Thank you.

We stayed for two weeks in a spacious, pet friendly room and were extremely satisfied. The compound is walled and feels safe, with security cameras and the owners on the premises. It’s conveniently located just off the main highway. There are newer bungalows and one story duplex rooms, each with its own parking space. The owners are friendly, accommodating, and were so helpful to us. Every room has a little table outside for relaxing or BBQ, and there’s a cute cafe on the property too.

The mattress was much too soft, but the price is fair and the place is hygienic. Water pressure is good, and the aircon is well maintained. WiFi and a telly are provided, plus breakfast with toast, sausages, fried eggs, and coffee or tea. Nice location and a nice owner. Overall, it’s OK and I’d recommend it.
