This was my second stay, and the rooms were kept perfectly clean. The South Pattaya location is a bit far from the city center, but the overall stay was relaxing. The property is quite large, though, and getting from the lobby to the rooms takes a while, so the buggy service is essential. I stayed in a villa for two nights, but the checkout experience completely ruined my departure. At 11:55 AM on checkout day, I called the front desk and asked for a buggy to take my luggage. Natcha, the receptionist, said it would take "10-15 minutes." By 12:20 PM, 25 minutes later, there was still no buggy. I called again and was told simply, "coming." A buggy normally takes about five minutes to get from the lobby to my room. At 12:30 PM, still nothing. I called a third time, and Natcha sounded extremely impatient, brushing me off with "coming, coming..." My car had been booked for 12:10 PM and the driver was already waiting, so I carried my luggage all the way to the lobby myself to avoid more delay. Natcha looked surprised to see me walk in. Then she said they had to check the room, which meant more waiting. My driver had already been waiting for over half an hour, so I asked how much longer the room check would take and pointed out I’d already wasted over 30 minutes waiting for a buggy that never came. Shockingly, Natcha replied, "Everyone before you has already checked out." Was she saying it was my fault for checking out late? I can’t understand that logic or this kind of unprofessional customer service. It made me absolutely furious.

A lovely spot for a quick getaway, with the food and atmosphere both just right. Don’t skip the massage. Sara and Kung King were excellent, really attentive and professional. Honestly, it was one of the best massages I’ve had. I’ll be back for sure!

We spent a couple of days at SSS Resort & Villas and enjoyed it so much. The rooms, grounds, and gardens were lovely, and the restaurant sits right on the beach with a great view of the sunset. It’s an amazing place to unwind and enjoy the Thai atmosphere. Thanks especially to Mrs Sarah and Mrs Pha at the spa for the warm welcome and exquisite massages. And above all, Mr Jeet helped us from booking online right through checkout. He provided everything we needed efficiently and flexibly, always with a smile. Thanks to the whole team. We’re looking forward to coming back as soon as we can.

The staff are what really set Sea Sand Sun Resort & Villas apart. Every team member was friendly and professional, and went out of their way to make us comfortable. You can tell they care about guests. Dinner was another highlight: the food was delicious, and singer Kookie made the evenings feel stylish and sophisticated. It was a lovely way to end each day. We stayed in a Pool Villa Suite, which was spotless, well maintained, and wonderfully private. The resort grounds were in pristine condition, too. From beginning to end, our stay was outstanding. If you want a relaxing, high-quality getaway with top-tier service, I’d wholeheartedly recommend it.

The sea was a pleasant surprise because the water was cool. I’d expected it to be warmer, like in the Maldives. The setting is ideal if you’re after peace and quiet, with lovely surrounding nature and good food. Our room was unique and guaranteed clean, and the service was great. We got to feel like we were living in the wilderness without getting bitten by insects.
