For the price, this two-story place is a great deal. It has two bedrooms, three bathrooms, living and dining spaces, and a kitchen that's fully equipped and usable. There’s also a washer/dryer, water heater, coffee maker, smart TV, and free Wi-Fi throughout, with Netflix and YouTube available. It’s conveniently close to 7-Eleven, Lotus, restaurants, shops, Nam Sai Beach, and Nang Ram Beach. They even returned some things we forgot behind. The owner is kind, and the price is very reasonable.

The bedroom was lovely, and that bed was unbelievably comfortable, with a real 5-star hotel feel. The place was very clean, and the amenities made it feel just like home.

We stayed here for the second time and liked it even more. We were four people going snorkeling at Nam Sai Beach and visiting Koh Samae San. It’s about a 15-minute drive to Nam Sai Beach, even though the house isn’t right on the beach. The location is quiet and only 200 meters from the main road. The amenities are complete, including a washing machine, which was great for rinsing swimsuits and wet clothes after swimming. Each bedroom also had an air purifier, so the rooms felt especially clean and dust-free for sleeping. I was glad we booked in time this time. We missed out once during New Year's, and rooms fill quickly. The price is excellent, and I hope the owner can expand the accommodation so more tourists can find a good place like this. For new guests, this is a homestay, essentially a house rented by the day. Check-in is self-service, with codes and instructions sent by the owner through LINE. There aren't hotel staff waiting to greet you, but we liked the freedom and privacy. Arrival and departure were easy, with no waiting around for staff. A LINE chatbot to answer questions at night might be useful. If you need anything special, let them know in advance. We asked to leave our luggage before a boat trip, and the owner arranged it with the staff. We also asked to have the beds pushed together, and that was done before we arrived. The service was better than expected. The owner was friendly and the staff attentive. When I asked for extra towels because ours were sandy, they brought them right to the room. I'll definitely stay here again.

We came back for a second visit, this time as a group of four planning to snorkel at Koh Samae San, and I was much more impressed than on the first stay. The house was cleaner, with an air purifier added, so the air felt fresh and we slept comfortably after a tiring day out. The place is tucked into a quiet alley about 200 meters from the main road, and the drive to the snorkeling spot at Koh Samae San is around 15 minutes. We didn't hear traffic or other outside noise. The rooms also blocked sound and light well, which made it easy to rest after the beach. The amenities matched the booking app, and I could see clear improvements. The bathroom drains had been upgraded, and drainage and water pressure were better than before. There were a few ants on the trash can outside the front balcony, probably coming from a nest in a plant pot. I hope the owner takes care of that. There are only four houses, so it's best to book well ahead for holidays and festivals. We missed out once before. The owner is easy to talk to and gives great service, and the price feels fair for what you get. I was really impressed and will come back.
