This does not exist as an OYO and won't accept OYO reservations. OYO is also involved in what looks like a sophisticated trick through Agoda: a booking confirmation arrives by email asking for credit card details, sent from this hotel's look alike Agoda email with asterisks and symbols after the OYO Vanessa name. Do not provide any financial information.

I was left really disappointed. I had booked successfully through Agoda, but when I contacted the accommodation, they said they had received a cancellation notice. Agoda staff told me the booking was still valid, yet the place was full and my money had been taken. I saw two people walk in before me, then was told our booking had been cancelled. So they accepted more customers than they could accommodate? I couldn't check in, and the phone number wouldn't connect. If I hadn't called Agoda, I would have lost the money for nothing. Can they simply say they won't honor the cancellation? This was awful. If this were the only place left, I'd rather sleep in my car.

This situation has affected me a lot. Our resort's contract with Oyo expired a long time ago, but Oyo continued to let people book rooms. We tried to contact them and ask for the listings to be removed from the app, so we weren't ignoring the problem, but it wasn't managed properly. That caused misunderstandings: many guests booked and then couldn't stay, and had to wait for refunds through the booking app (Agoda).

The system is terrible. I booked on Agoda, but couldn't check in because the hotel had ended its deal with OYO and OYO hadn't told Agoda to cancel the reservation. This one-star rating is about the booking situation, not the hotel itself, but I'm leaving it for people checking reviews before they book.
