Lipe Inn

The man in charge of the building was kind and always available throughout our stay. We booked through Booking, but one thing to know is that you pay at the property. The location worked well, on the main street and close to the beach, so it's easy to walk around the island. The room was clean and had a shared balcony. Another building stands very close in front, which meant there wasn't much airflow. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Hot water in the shower didn't work, but we didn't really need it, so it wasn't a big problem for us.

The owner was very friendly. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the shower was one of the best we've had in Thailand, with strong pressure and hot water. Lipe Inn is on Walking Street, but it was quiet when it was time to sleep. A lovely stay.

The room was simple but comfortable and clean, with a good bed and air conditioning that worked well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lipe Inn is well located, close to Walking Street but still quiet at night. It's a nice, good-value place on Koh Lipe if you're after somewhere comfortable and clean to sleep rather than luxury. We enjoyed our few nights there and would recommend it.

Being right in the middle of Walking Street made it easy to get to all the nearby shops, bars and restaurants. The room was roomy enough for two, with its own bathroom, a fridge and AC. They kept it tidy and left fresh water each day, and the service was great. The mattress was very firm, though, so I didn't find it especially comfortable. A good budget option for a couple.
