Zodiac Seesun Resort

Housekeeping and reception were perfect, and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. The location is definitely the best on Koh Li Pe. Breakfast was very good, but if you want food during the day or evening, be prepared. The restaurant didn't have enough staff for the number of guests, and the prices felt much too high. A coffee was almost 3€, which just wasn't worth it.

The beach is wide here, so people walking or hanging out stay away from the room. Our beachfront place had a stunning view of the water, wide comfortable beach beds, nice pillows and a huge beach towel. The location is convenient. Walking along the beach to walking Street seems best, since the road is pretty wild, though still walkable. zodiac bar is beautiful, with cushions on the sand, good vibes and nice staff. The restaurant and breakfast were average, with lots of Asian food choices. The shower had good pressure, but the bathroom window wasn't well covered. The staff were friendly, but the service felt like a big resort: they didn't remember us or offer help and suggestions. Snorkeling gear wasn't free, and for what we paid, I think that should be improved.

BE CAREFUL OF SCAM: After checkout, they offered us a free transfer to the public pier on Pattaya beach. Instead, the hotel shuttle took us to a secluded spot with “vip” access to the public beach, where we had to pay to get through. If you refuse, it's almost a 1 km walk in the sun to reach the beach, farther than walking from the resort. This wasn't the treatment I expected from a 150USD/night resort in Thailand.

The room was okay and the location excellent, but we didn't sleep peacefully. Loud techno from the beach bar went on until midnight. We contacted reception to ask when it would stop, but they couldn't help. Breakfast was very disappointing too, the poorest buffet I've experienced.
