From outside, the place looks new and pretty, with a great view. Inside, though, it was poorly designed and hadn't been cleaned: hair and tissues were all over the floor, there was an empty water bottle in the refrigerator, more bottles on the AC vent, and detergent left in the washing machine. The materials look flashy but feel low quality, though being new makes them acceptable for now. I found WiFi dead spots at the work desk. The sink had no hot water, and the shower's hot water ran out after four minutes. Breakfast also has to be ordered during hotel check-in.

Friendly staff and good facilities. The room was nice and very clean, and key cards were used for all exits.

The room was nice, but checking out took forever. I wouldn't recommend it, there are other places you could choose.

For around 1000+ baht on weekends, breakfast for two is included. The affordable, clean, new rooms are 32 sq m, laid out with a living room, bedroom, and Japanese-style bathroom with a sink. The living room has air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, washing machine, induction hob, microwave, sofa, and dining table. There's also a wardrobe, air conditioning, and TV in the bedroom. Room rates include access to the swimming pool, fitness center, and sauna.
