The bathroom is outside the room and doesn't seem private. It's about 500 m to a food shop, while the coffee place doesn't open until 8:30 am. At night there was loud noise, the bed was hard, and the room was quite dark. It wasn't what I expected.

The rooms are deep inside the complex, with no clear signs to guide you. The staff were slow, and there were so many human errors, thanks. I asked for my receipt yesterday and they issued it, but I still had to wait until this morning for someone to write the bill, even though I'd told them I'd pick it up then. Also, my back hurt so much after staying here. I didn't expect it to be this painful. If you stay, I recommend lying flat on your back.

I waited in the hot sun from 3:00 PM for over 3 hours and never got a room. No staff came to help customers. When I called, they told me to wait, then said they'd call back and went silent. It was the worst service I've ever encountered.

The owner is warm and fun to chat with, and the service is good. The rooms are clean, with both keycard and fingerprint entry. I'd happily stay here again.
