There was a cigarette smell in the hallway because a staff member was smoking in their room. My room also had hair on the pillows and wasn't very clean. When I arrived, the staff couldn't find my booking. I tried asking about it in Thai, but they kept speaking in Burmese or a similar language and didn't answer me. Eventually I got a room, but there was no key for it. It's a budget hotel, but that was a frustrating arrival.

I left and went to Grand Esie apart hotel, about 2 km away, where the service was much better for the same price. At this hotel, I asked if cash was okay and was told yes. I handed over 500 baht for a 351-baht room, but didn't get the change. After 30 minutes I asked about it, and she said I had to pay through the app. I asked why she hadn't told me while I was waiting for the money. I did get the cash back, then left. I'm a marathon photographer and stay in different cities and hotels almost every week. This was the worst hotel ever, and the people were bad.
