The room was spotless, with bright, clean bedding, and in 2023 the air conditioner, fridge, toilet, TV and other fittings looked almost new. At night it was quiet, though the dozen or so chickens made sure I was awake at daybreak. There are some downsides. This is a small guest house with only four or five rooms, away from the town centre. The entrance isn't inviting, and the place can look a bit dirty at first with chickens wandering around. There's no real reception, but after I arrived on my bike, a young woman appeared and spoke enough English to check me in without trouble.

For 700 baht, this was good value in Sichon. The room was very clean and had its own bathroom with a hot shower, plus a TV, Wi-Fi, kettle and mini fridge.

It's in a handy spot, not too far from the beach, and has a lovely atmosphere with comfortable rooms. The owner is kind, and it's the same owner as At Sichon Resort!
