The grounds and parking area look lovely, and being a little outside town does make it quieter. But the room was bare, with no chair, and the bedside lamp seemed wobbly. I checked for an outlet by moving the TV stand and found months of dust and fluff behind it, along with a used Covid facemask, a lanyard, an empty plastic bag and a dried frangipani flower. The bulb also looked like it hadn't been cleaned. They keep the visible areas looking polished, but the hidden spots need attention too.

The French owner was fun, and the staff were friendly and very capable. Rooms, decor and grounds were fantastic. It's in a quiet, out-of-the-way part of town, though, with few nearby conveniences. I found only two restaurants open after 6 within 5 km.

We had a car-hire problem and the hosts really went out of their way to help us. Breakfast was great too. Recommended.

The peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax, and Sumali Villa Resort offers a nice sense of privacy in Singburi. Our villa-style room was roomy, clean and thoughtfully designed. The staff welcomed us warmly and gave very good service. Cleanliness and the little details around the place were well taken care of.

After a hot day riding, the pool was a lovely place to cool off. I stayed overnight during a bike trip and was surprised to find the ancient temple of What Na Phrathat just behind the property; Wat Phra Non Chaksri is also conveniently close. A few things were less ideal: there’s no restaurant at the hotel, and the nearest one is an uninspiring seafood place I wouldn’t recommend. Booking.com didn’t make it clear to me that breakfast cost extra, and the power breaker kept tripping when I tried to have a hot shower. Still, I’d recommend staying here.
