The breakfast was lovely, and the town center is an easy walk away. It's a simple, standard cottage, though there were lots of mosquitoes.

The staff are all delightful, and the cottages have enormous beds. Breakfast was spectacular and high quality. The setting is peaceful and feels idyllic. It's an easy two-minute walk to Sukhothai's new city for food or shopping, and buses from there take about 15 minutes to reach Sukhothai National Park and visit the old city.

That little lake with lotus flowers and carp completely won me over. The gentleman who looked after us was very kind, and our room was clean and lovely.
