Sila is pleasant, and the staff are very friendly. Although it's called a resort, it feels more like a hotel serving both budget and higher-budget travelers. We stayed in a small budget room for 250 baht a night, which was good value, but the showers weren't working properly and only trickled. The restaurant is good. Sila also offers free bikes and shuttles to the bus station, the old city, and the bus terminal. Keep in mind that it's about 13 km from Sila to the Old City. With that distance and limited transport options, arriving in Sukhothai in the afternoon doesn't leave enough time to visit the Old City that day, so you'd need another night in Sukhothai. That can work out well, since the New City's Night Market is worth visiting, especially on weekends, but it's something to plan for if your travel time is limited.

The staff are absolutely lovely and helpful, and there's a restaurant on site for food and drinks. The city center is also close by. You get individual bungalows at a budget price. The rooms are okay and have AC, though the bathrooms are a bit aged.

The manager and staff were so kind and did everything they could to help. They provide free bikes, too. I'd happily stay here again on my next visit to Sukhothai.

We booked a motorbike and returned it in good condition, but they didn't give back the deposit we had paid. The hostel blocked us on WhatsApp. He seemed really nice at first, but then cheated us.

We stayed three nights and arrived very late on the first one, but a sign had been left out to guide us to our room. The rooms are large, clean, and good value, and the food is good. The laundry service was brilliant and left everything smelling great. Momo, the hotel manager, was amazing. He arranged bikes for us to borrow and called taxis. He has the best personality, is so helpful, and made our stay perfect. Thank you!
