The resort is close to the city, and the room had everything I needed. I thought the place looked very nice, and everything in the room seemed fine. Thank you.

The temporary room was awful. There was no air conditioner remote, and the air conditioner didn’t work, so I couldn’t adjust it. When I called, they told me they didn’t provide remotes. The room was incredibly hot, and the air conditioner still wasn’t working after two hours. The towels were old and an unattractive color, and they didn’t smell good. The bathroom smelled strongly of urine, and the water was unusable even with the water heater off. There should be a water tank indoors, because the water was still hot after two hours. I’ve never stayed anywhere this bad. You should improve your service. The room smelled of urine as soon as the staff opened it. Did another customer go in and pee before check-in? Customers don’t have a key to open the room and then pick one afterward, so isn’t it unfair to blame the customer? Please explain what happened realistically. I’ll say what’s good when it’s good, but you’re not listening to the truth at all. And when I said the towels were old, I didn’t mean they were single-use and then thrown away. Was that meant to be sarcastic? If they were old, I’d say so.

The location makes it easy to get around, with the market nearby. The atmosphere is great, the owner provides good service, and the water pressure is good. The rooms are very clean, and I liked staying here a lot.
