I really enjoy staying here, and the rooms, facilities, and restaurant are excellent and very comfortable. But the noise from Grab drivers gathering in the parking area keeps ruining the experience. I stay here regularly for 7-10 days each month. Less than half of the drivers actually pick up orders from the hotel. Many sit there for hours, talking loudly and disturbing guests. I've seen female guests look uncomfortable walking to their cars through a crowd of drivers who were smoking and staring at them. Staff have asked them to quiet down, but nobody follows up and the noise carries on. The restaurant downstairs doesn't hear it because the music is loud, but the hotel rooms are completely exposed to the noise, and it's terrible. Please don't let this problem devalue an otherwise wonderful hotel. I hope this reaches the top manager, so future guests can enjoy their stay without the noise. If it wouldn't hurt your business, please consider removing the Grab parking area. Otherwise, limit it to three bikes at a time, and put up a large sign in Thai telling drivers to stay quiet out of respect for hotel guests and restaurant visitors.

The staff were friendly and the location is good, but the room had twelve cockroaches. My friend and I couldn't stay in it, so we spent the night in the first-floor lobby and left early in the morning. The cockroaches cost us the use of the room we paid for. It was a waste of money, and the first time in my life I've found a cockroach in a hotel room. Terrible! By the way, we didn't eat food in the room.

The lack of an elevator is a huge downside. After a tiring, hot, humid day, people want to rest without hauling four suitcases up four stories. Apart from that, the service is great and it's good value for money. Check-in was an experience, with the reception and coffee shop in the same place. I love that setup, and the coffee and desserts are great. The rooms are minimal and clean, which is sometimes all you need. As a coffee lover, I also liked not having to walk 15-30 minutes to find a favorite spot for my morning coffee. A good place to relax and get ready for the next adventure. I'd recommend it.

I had an appointment at Thaksin Hospital, just a short walk around the corner, so this location was very convenient. The room was big, bright, and clean, with good aircon and wifi. The bed was a little hard but still comfortable. The attached cafe has good coffee and nice pastries.
