The price was reasonable, and the service was good.

I went with my son to ask about a place for him to stay during his internship at Surat Thani Hospital in November 2025. This was around noon on August 30, 2025. My wife and brother were looking for parking, and we assumed we could use the lot in front while asking about accommodation. The attendant let us park and said that was fine if we were there to inquire. At the office, staff asked my son to add the owner's LINE account, saying the owner would contact him. We waited, but nobody got in touch, so I told my son to look elsewhere and went to ask at another apartment building. My wife followed in the car. The attendant then checked with staff whether we were staying there. When they said no, he said we had to pay for parking. I want the owner to know it's wrong to let people around them take advantage of consumers like this. Fortunately, we weren't there when the attendant came to collect the fee. If we had been, it might have ended up at the police station.

I left without staying, even though the room was 550 baht. Parking was a problem from the start. Late at night, with an empty lot, staff still made me move my car three times to leave space. The hotel did nothing to make things convenient for guests and seemed focused on collecting parking fees.
