OYO 75377 Check In House(Vaccinated Staff)

Believe the reviews. I booked a room, but when I arrived at 9pm they had none available. The staff were nice, but when I tried to reach the owner, they told me to contact Agoda. Agoda couldn't get hold of the owner, so all they could do was refund my money. At that hour I couldn't find another hotel nearby. The strange part is that I checked Agoda that night and this place still showed rooms available, at only half the price I had paid. What a con.

I was travelling with children, and at 10 pm they needed to get to bed, so I had to pay extra. There was nobody at reception, and when I called, they started saying I owed 200 baht, even though I'd paid 500 baht on Agoda. The way they treated guests was terrible. Don't choose this hotel if you don't want to waste your money.

This is a scam. I booked and transferred the money through the website, but when I arrived the owner said they'd cancelled their contract with OYO. They said OYO wouldn't remove the listing because the room price it showed wasn't profitable for them, and they'd have to pay extra if a customer confirmed their stay.

The Burmese housekeeper was polite and calm, and she’s the reason I’m giving even one star. I’d suggest contacting her next time, since she might bring in more regular guests. The rest of the stay was frustrating. We were sent into the woods by bad GPS directions and took a long detour, arriving after 10 PM instead of 9. We couldn’t reach the accommodation because the phone numbers were in a language we couldn’t understand, then the owner scolded us for arriving late. They should fix the GPS before blaming customers. It’s also on the 4th floor with no elevator. If I’d known, I would’ve chosen Paragon Hotel and paid 50 baht more.
