The Centrino Serviced Residence

The room was very clean, and the women at reception were lovely. But people also live in this building long term. I came for one night to rest, and a neighbor in another room turned the TV on at 1 a.m. and woke me. He watched it all night, so the noise kept me from sleeping. The walls are extremely thin. Tourists should be housed separately from long-term renters.

The rooms were very clean, but breakfast was very poor.

I found the location really convenient, with food stalls and a 7-11 close by, and food delivery is easy too. The room is basic but clean. Pick one at the back if you want it quiet. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was quiet. Front desk staff were very helpful. In the lobby, you can get free toast, biscuits, and coffee if you're heading out early.

The room was decent for this area, and it was nice that toilet paper was provided, though there was only one roll. They don't supply basic necessities beyond that. Staff and management make a big deal if sheets or towels are damaged or taken, and demand money to replace them. A friend staying the same night in another room had recently dyed her hair, and the dye got on a towel. It caused a big fuss, and we paid the hotel.
