Haadson Resort

Our villa was really spacious, with a nice bathroom and an amazing outdoor shower. If you can get one when checking in, it's a must. We often had a lovely visitor too, a Tokay Gecko. The room was clean and comfortable, though some renovations would be nice. We loved the facilities, including the swimming pool, where we watched for cute birds. The location is amazing, nestled between jungle and beach. Breakfast was good, but the coffee could be better. We had to pay extra each time for a proper one. Overall, this was a highlight of our trip.

Just off the beach and an easy walk from restaurants, the location worked really well for us. We stayed one night while on a cycle trip. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a good-sized balcony, and the buffet breakfast had plenty to choose from.

The breakfast buffet has a wide selection, and the service is extremely friendly. The hotel complex is beautiful, full of plants and trees, with a lovely pool and a very quiet atmosphere. I'd choose it again without hesitation and can highly recommend it.

We booked four nights and ended up staying nine, which says a lot. The restaurant food and service were excellent, the rooms well appointed, and there's a lovely swimming pool alongside natural pools in the fantastic gardens. The whole place feels like an oasis of nature, full of wildlife and spectacular birds. Seeing a tree monitor was a bonus. The beach is across a minor service road, and we almost had it to ourselves while we were there. Owners, please don't let this wonderful place go the way of the monstrosity of a housing estate that is the Graceland Hotel at the beach's other end.
