We really appreciated that the room was cleaned every day. The place was spotless and well looked after, and the Wi-Fi was reliable and fast enough for work and streaming. We had a comfortable, pleasant stay in Khao Lak and would highly recommend it.

We had a fan room, but it never got hot enough for us to use the fans. The rooms were really clean and spacious, and they tidied ours every day and left bottled water.

The double room was very clean, with a balcony, clean bathroom and sheets, and an A/C that worked really well. The place felt safe and is on Khao Lak's main strip, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, though it's not near a beach. Walking to the beach takes at least 15 minutes in the hot sun, so without wheels you'd need to rent something or take a cab each time. I had very little contact with the owner, and there was no one at the desk whenever we went by. I contacted her through "booking.com" to rent a motorcycle, but she said there was "no bike available" and didn't suggest another rental shop. I don't ask for much, but a little helpful advice from the owner would have gone a long way.

There's plenty of storage in the nice rooms, plus a mini fridge and a pleasant outdoor seating area. Staff are friendly and provide daily room service. It's well located near the shops and restaurants, and I'd definitely recommend it.
