The people who run this place are lovely. They helped us with all sorts of things, including giving us a lift to a local clinic when my boyfriend got sick. I was here for my birthday, and the room was just right, with good AC, a nice bathroom, and even a drying room. The pool area is gorgeous, there are washing machines and bike rentals, and there’s a wonderful cafe next door. One of the best stays of our whole trip around Asia. We hope we can come back before leaving Thailand.

Getting to Natai beach was easy, thanks to local taxi apps and the hotel’s help, and the hotel even arranged our ride to Phuket when we left. The nearby town is a short walk away, so the essentials are close by. For our three nights, The Apatree was just right: clean, efficient, and friendly, with a lovely little pool and an onsite cafe. The cafe has a great menu, excellent tea and coffee, and a wide choice of quality food. I can’t praise the hotel and staff enough. Thank you!

We’ve been at Apa-Tree for an extended stay, and the owners and staff have been wonderful, going well beyond what I expected. Khlok Kloi is a great base for exploring the best parts of Phuket and Phang Nga. For a romantic dinner, try St. Trop. The French, Italian, and Thai food is delicious.

We loved it enough to add more nights after booking just three. The rooms were spotless, and the little onsite cafe is nicely decorated with lovely food. The owner is fantastic and shared loads of useful information. The staff were the nicest we met anywhere in Thailand, and we’ve travelled all over. We’ll definitely come back.
