Waking up to Phang Nga Bay each morning felt surreal. The view was out of this world, and the property felt like a luxury treehouse wrapped in nature. We stayed in a room with a private pool and loved it. Housekeeping came twice daily and kept everything immaculate. Every room is probably special, but I’d book one with a pool if it’s available. The staff were welcoming, kind, and attentive. The front desk arranged a longtail boat tour of the bay, one of the highlights of our trip, and we also took a Pad Thai cooking class at the hotel’s restaurant. The food was spectacular. It is secluded, which adds to the special feeling, and there’s a shuttle to take you to a 7-Eleven if you need anything. This stay was magical and will stay with us forever. We only stayed one night, which felt about right since there aren’t many activities to do. The free morning boat tour was a highlight. Local people drove the boats, and I loved that the hotel supports the community this way. We arrived about three hours before check-in, after a long drive, and reception kindly let us into the room early. We had a wooden room with a breathtaking view. Everyone on staff seemed happy and helpful, and the place had a cheerful feel for guests and staff alike. Breakfast while watching the sunrise was lovely, and dinner was excellent too. I’d recommend reserving a front row table for the view. This might have been the best hotel of our one month holiday.

We especially appreciated the halal choices at the restaurant, which served delicious food with plenty of variety. The views from our room and the pool were breathtaking, and the atmosphere made it easy to relax. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. We also enjoyed the daily minibar, fresh fruit, and thoughtful treats. Service was among the best we’ve experienced in Phuket, with warm, attentive staff ready to help. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we’d happily return.

We chose a wooden room for our honeymoon, and the hotel made the occasion feel special with lovely room decorations and a surprise cake. The restaurant team spoiled us at dinner, too. We ate at Thamkeaw, and the food was absolutely delicious. Vee and Lookyee were warm, attentive, and incredibly lovely throughout dinner. Comsah took such good care of us during the stay and was kind, professional, and helpful. Amazing hotel and service, highly recommended.
