The gardens outside are lovely, with a Klong running alongside the hotel, and Hua-Hin is half an hour away. Inside, the rooms are cleaned every day and have air-con and ensuite bathrooms. The staff are so helpful, always willing to go out of their way. We stay here every time we travel from Australia to Thailand. It's centrally located, just a 2 minutes walk to C.B.D. and the market, and we've always had a happy stay. I don't usually give reviews this high, but this one is a ripper..!

You've got a choice of rooms or whole bungalows, with plenty of parking. It's close by and affordable, so if you're in this area, this is the place to stay.

Parking is handy, but the bathroom water pressure is weak, the balcony has pigeon droppings, and the TV's so old its green screen is unreadable. A single bed room costs 500 baht and a twin bed room is 600 baht. There's free coffee, though you have to ask at the counter for it. Why not keep it by the kettle?

The owner is friendly, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and refreshing for a cheap price. You can get coffee, but there's no breakfast. Parking is the main downside since only a few cars fit. You can park on the street in front, though. It's a dead-end with CCTV cameras.

There's a coin-operated washing machine, and the restaurant isn't far away. Quite a few people stay here. It's okay as a place to work, but not really somewhere to relax. The bed is hard and there are lots of mosquitoes in the room.
