I was really impressed by the price, the service, and how clean the rooms were.

We stayed one night as a family, two adults and two children. The staff were very friendly, and the room was spotless. Even the bed linen smelled clean. We had a water problem, but they fixed it quickly and were very accommodating. The hotel is beside the road, so passing cars can be heard. That was clear from the start and didn’t bother us. Everything felt like good value for money. Thank you very much.

I arrived at 9 in the morning, but by 4 PM there was still no water, and the air conditioner wasn’t cooling. I told the staff and waited as they asked. When I called the owner, they said they’d send a water truck. After waiting about an hour, I called again and was told it had only just arrived and was waiting in line for the water truck. What was I supposed to do? It was awful.

The owner was quick to respond and sort things out whenever I emailed about a problem. The service was good, and that’s the only part I can praise. I stayed three weeks because the hotel’s policy meant I couldn’t check out. Otherwise, I’d have left after one day. The room faces the street and is very noisy, and the furniture is old. There’s only one chair, which made eating with my family inconvenient. I couldn’t just eat out either, since there are no nearby places to eat. The nearest 711 is over a 15-minute walk away, so the return trip takes almost half an hour. The self-service laundry is more than 20 minutes away on foot. Phuket taxis start at 200 baht, which is too expensive to use all the time. The location really isn’t good, so keep that in mind if you plan to stay here.
