The villa wasn't ready for a comfortable stay for six people. We asked for towels, but there wasn't enough toilet paper, and the soap they brought was the cheapest kind. It was poorly cleaned when we arrived, with a dirty floor and dust in the cupboards and on the shelves. During our five nights, nobody cleaned it once. The free beach transfer listed on Booking.com turned out to cost money, and they don't pick guests up from the beach in the evening. The pool cleaning contractors did a good job, but tourist service was otherwise nonexistent. The house manager seemed interested only in taking money. Poor service.
