This is my second visit, and I’m grateful for the staff’s kindness. They’re warm, humble, and really caring. Be Live Hotel is peaceful and feels safe, with markets and local sights close by. In my travels I’ve found Thai people among the warmest and kindest, and I’m looking forward to coming back.

The hallways had a constant cockroach smell, which made the place seem unhygienic and badly maintained. I stayed at Belive Residence in Phuket for an extended time, and it was a miserable experience. My electricity bills were outrageously high, with no clear explanation, and the owner was unhelpful and seemed focused on overcharging tenants during high season. The poor service and lack of concern left a bad impression. I hardly ever write negative reviews, but this was unbearable. Avoid Belive Residence if you want a comfortable and honest stay in Phuket, even for one night if you can’t tolerate the smell.

The place was clean, and the host and staff were friendly. But I found the hotel only okay. There’s not much around, and guests made a lot of noise from their rooms and the corridor. Then drilling started at 9:30 the next morning without any warning. For the price, I didn’t think the quality was great.

The staff were really kind and friendly, and the location is in a nice area close to everything. Rooms are modern, very clean, and beautiful. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
