Botanica Four Seasons 3 Bedrooms Villa

The place gives off a luxury image, but living here has been a very bad experience. Customer service is terrible, and our new villa, handed over in July 2025, had more than 50 defects on the list as of today. We can't get hold of the employees or find the right people to fix problems they've caused. They even got the water pipes wrong, so we have to cut into the ceiling. There are power and water interruptions, too. Nearby construction keeps filling my villa with dust, despite their claim that it's now at a “sufficient distance” from my house. I sent videos and other proof, and they don't care. They start noisy work at 7:30 am almost every day, even though they're not supposed to begin until 9. Their answer is nothing. They can't manage their staff or the construction developers. Customer care deserves no rating at all. If you want a peaceful life, don't come here.
