I spent two months here and would gladly return. The host was friendly, responsive, and helpful, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. From the first few days, the place felt like home. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, just as described and even better. It’s quiet but convenient, making it a good place both to live and work. I’d recommend it for a comfortable longer stay.

The apartments are comfortable, and we especially appreciate how clean and well maintained everything is. The grounds are lovely, and HOMA Cherngtalay combines modern, thoughtful design with a calm, family-friendly atmosphere. We had a smell issue in our room, and Tuang handled it very well. She was attentive, stayed involved, and quickly helped us move to another room. The staff are consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Great facilities and a good location, and we feel well looked after living here with our family.

The manager Tuang was polite, attentive, and professional from the start, and her care completely restored our confidence in the team. My friend was helped to choose a room with a nice view away from the construction site for the rest of his stay. Staff walked him there and explained everything clearly. We’d first had a small misunderstanding about room arrangements and a baby cot. HOMA acknowledged the cot mistake and provided one free for the entire stay, which we appreciated. They also found a room for my wife, our dog, and me with a view away from the construction area, an unexpected and very nice gesture. We were left with a very positive impression and recommend it, especially for families and longer stays.

I’ve lived at HOMA for two years and would stay longer if life allowed. A few months ago I adopted a dog, and now I have a circle of dog mums from all over the world here. I’ll really miss them. From day one, it was easy to settle in. You have what you need, but there’s also a lovely community. The lobby team feels like family: Tuang is proactive and ready to help, and Yee helps with anything you need, even when it isn’t his shift. When I say “I’m heading home,” I’m not even sure whether I mean Peru or HOMA anymore. Either way, this place will always feel like home. 🤍
