Avoid this place. They messaged me on WhatsApp at 1:30am on the morning I was due to check in, saying my room was unavailable, but couldn’t explain why. They told me to cancel through the app, which could have left me paying a cancellation fee. Then the same room was listed again at three times the price, apparently aimed at people needing somewhere to stay for a local music festival. It seems common for bookings here to be cancelled or downgraded without an explanation. A bad experience all around.
