We paid only 600 baht per night when we stayed, which was a very good price, and the place went beyond what I expected. It's outside town but close to the airport and yacht haven. There's a TV, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee, dishes and spoons, air conditioning, hot water, a wardrobe, and a sitting area. You also get a terrace at the front and back, plus parking. I think it's especially convenient if you have a vehicle. I'd definitely recommend staying here.
