The shuttle arrangements were frustrating. The main reception and restaurant are half a kilometre from the rooms, and the building shuttles were unreliable, mostly missing, so expect plenty of walking back and forth. They stopped running by 7pm or earlier. Some staff were unbelievably rude and seemed to deliberately leave us behind. We had to call out to get a ride, and even then they stopped reluctantly and glared at us. If you have mobility issues, don't consider staying here. Our so-called garden view looked out onto a garbage dump. There was no balcony furniture, and the kitchenette had no cutlery, plates, pot, or pan. The furniture was poor quality, and the bed was hard as a rock. We woke up feeling crippled each morning. Wyndham's official site advertised a free airport shuttle, but it doesn't exist. They charge 400 Baht for an airport transfer. The property's layout is poorly thought out. We spent three nights here at the end of our holiday before flying home, and it was a huge disappointment after an incredible three-week trip.

The pool was decent, though there was no poolside bar, and we weren't allowed to have soft drinks by the pool. Breakfast was delightful in the sense that it made me feel like I was in a Thai prison. There were no phones in the room, so we had to drag our own cases a mile to reception. We were also told they couldn't order taxis after a certain time. My family got through the stay, so I suppose I should be grateful. It was so bad I'm considering gifting my ex-wife a week here. Good luck to anyone staying at what should be a two-star place at best.

The setting was quiet and scenic, and the peaceful sounds made it easy to sleep. It's also close to plenty of handy food spots, and the breakfast was incredible. The cleaners were lovely and efficient, and the staff were friendly, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. I really loved my stay and will definitely be back. 11/10.

The airport pickup we'd booked ahead failed completely. No car was waiting when we arrived, the driver couldn't communicate in English, and the hotel didn't make a proper effort to fix the situation. I'd strongly advise against using that pickup service. The room wasn't clean and felt more like a budget motel than a Wyndham. For the price, the value was very poor. The hotel's proximity to the airport was its only real advantage. Front desk staff were unfriendly, didn't apologize, and communication in English was very difficult. Given the cost, I'd choose a cheaper local motel instead. The stay fell well below what I expected from a global hotel chain.

The rooms were dated and a bit run down, and didn't match what I expected for the price. The hotel is also an apartment building with many tenants, including lots of noisy Russians. The front desk and restaurant are about a ten-minute walk from the main buildings, with no shade along the way. When we arrived, nobody at the desk spoke English. There is no longer an airport shuttle, so if you need a place near the airport, there's really no point booking here. I wish someone had warned me.
